1. Eligibility for Returns

Your purchased product may be eligible for a return under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Faulty Products: If the packaging is broken, leaking, or the product is unusable.
  • Incorrect Product Delivered: If the received item does not match what you originally ordered.
  • Incomplete Product: If components are missing (e.g., missing parts or accessories of a spray machine).

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following categories cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Chemicals, fertilizers, and pesticides (if the correct item was delivered in good condition).
  • Hybrid or local seeds (if they have been opened, used, or their viable planting season has passed).
  • Products specifically labeled as "Non-Returnable" on our platform.
  • Items returned solely due to a "change of mind" (except for specifically approved products).
  • Imported or overseas products.

3. Return Window

You must notify us of any issue within 3 days of receiving the product. Return requests submitted after this 3-day window will not be entertained.

4. Return Process

  • Contact Us: Reach out immediately via phone call or WhatsApp.
  • Provide Proof: Share clear photos/videos of the product, explain the issue, and provide your order number.
  • Review: Our team will review and verify your request.
  • Ship Back: If approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the item back.
  • Resolution: Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we will issue a replacement or a full refund.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed using the original payment channel (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or Bank Transfer).
  • The refund process may take 7 to 10 working days to complete.
